Archiving plugin

With the searchit Archiving plugin, you build large data archives and manage them quickly and effortlessly.

Specifically, the Archiving plugin includes the following functions:

• Verification: checking the checksums of archived files

• Alerting: checksum errors are shown as a filter value

• Versioning: when content is crawled again, every changed version of a document is stored in a history (can be switched on per source)
• Data history: earlier versions can be opened via the history icon on the search result
• Deletion history: deleted data is kept in the version history so that it remains searchable

• Document classification: building classifications based on search terms via tagging
